Here Comes The Kraken (also known as HCTK) is a Mexican Deathcore band originated in 2007 at the Mexican city of Aguascalientes. They have stood out in their music gender and have given tours around Europe and the United States in different occasions, collaborating with international artists such as Thy Art Is Murder, Veil of Maya, Impending Doom, Carnifex, and others.

HCTK was created by the brothers Tore and David González, who after obtaining great response from the fans at their city with their band Antes del Accidente, decided to expand the range of their music and they renamed the band to Here Comes The Kraken and started writing lyrics in English. This way they managed to reach international audiences using social media, which allowed them to get over a thousand plays in 24hrs for one of the singles of their first record on their MySpace profile.

After a while, audiences around the world started to show interest in HCTK, so not much after they consolidated, they started their first national tour on 2008 and recorded their first music video Don’t Fail Me Darko.

That same year they toured for the first time in Europe playing at countries like Germany, Belgium, Austria, Holland, Switzerland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain and others, which allowed them to continue performing in Europe in later tours such as The Omen Over Europe (2010) and Hate Across Europe (2013).

From their third record Hate, Greed & Death, mixed by Ulrich Wild (Deftones, Pantera, White Zombie, Breaking Benjamin, Static-X) and mastered by Ted Jensen (Slipknot, Marilyn Manson), come the music videos Never Regret an Nu Beginning; this production gave them the opportunity to perform again in Europe, the United States and Mexico at the Vive Latino Festival 2011, as well as being the opening band for Avenged Sevenfold at their show in Mexico City.

The singles Cruzades and Aguascalientes, being this last one a representation of their hometown and becoming one of the most important singles of the band around the world, were included in the album Here Comes The Kraken Reissue, and performed at festivals like MXChaos (2012), Vive Latino (2013), Hell and Heaven Fest (2013), Revolution (2013), among others.

The band has continued to work in new productions such as the single Rattus, performed live for the very first time at the Feria Nacional de San Marcos 2015 in Aguascalientes, the most important and famous fair of Mexico.

In 2015 they had appearances in shows like Force Fest (2015), Knotfest (2015) y their tour around México and the United States called La Muerte Tour (2016).

Mid-2016 the band renews with a new four members lineup, welcoming Jose Macario as their bass player and taking back in their original vocalist Jose Manuel Tts, with whom they started to play around México performing at shows such as the Corona Hell & Heaven Metal Fest (2016) opening for bands like Rammstein and Behemoth, the 666mx Aguascalientes Metal Fest (2016), Force Fest (2016), Punk Rock Fest (2016), and others.

In January 2017 the band launches their song Mar de Obscuridad with lyrics in spanish, introducing the fans to their new studio álbum wich will be released soon. This song has been played for the first time at the MXChaos Tour 2017, carried out in different cities of Mexico.

Throughout their career, HCTK has shared stage with bands like Rammstein, Slipknot, Sepultura, Lamb of God, Atreyu, A Day to Remember, Megadeth, Fear Factory, Judas Priest, Brujería, Resorte, Bring Me the Horizon, Ill Niño, Asking Alexandria, Emmure, P.O.D, and others.

Parazit is a trio combines power, subtlety and skill in a balanced form which grabs you from the first notes. Their sound, comparable to a mixture of King Crimson and a renewed Primus, goes back to Progressive and Metal moments with no virtuosity presumptions. Their music comes from the heart: groove and energy that enthrall constant dialogue and textures between guitar, bass and drums.
